All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-returnable except :

  1. Customers received products with defect;
  2. Wrong products have been sent to by mistake

In the above cases, BELLISSIME PARIS allows customers to return the purchases within 7 days from the invoice date for exchange request. The products must be in their original packaging with price tag intact.

BELLISSIME PARIS reserves all the right to inspect the conditions of the items before agreeing with any return or exchange. Customers shall bear the shipping and handling cost of returning any goods sold. All returns must be returned with a tracking number communicated to our team via email or whatsapp.

We suggests our customer to send the return parcel via a trusted courier or shipping agent as we will not be responsible for any damages or loss of parcel during the transit. We reserve the right to refuse exchange for items returned if it is received in unsatisfactory condition.

In the unlikely event of order cancellation due to item unavailability, you will receive your full refund via your payment channel. Other approved refund will be in the form of store credit.
